MAYANI POLY PACKAGES (PVT) LIMITED was established in 1998 at Korangi Industrial Area for the manufacturing of Tubular Woven Poly Propylene Bags / Fabric (TWPP) used in packaging of Pulses, Flour, Rice, Wheat, Fertilizers, Sugar and many other agricultural related items.

The company started with a production capacity 1800 Metric Tons Per Annum , approximately 18 Million Bags Per Annum and an average monthly consumption of 150 Tons of Polypropylene Raffia Grade Material.
In 2003 by applying the modus operandi of continual improvement and growth, we purchased another manufacturing unit situated at Hub Chowki from Fauji Foundation Trust with state of the Art Architectural Facility Building of one the best in its kind all over Pakistan. and so we almost doubled our production capacity to 3600 Metric Tons Per Annum, approximately 36 Million Bags Per Annum. 

Recent Expansion and Near Future Expansion Plans 

In July 2007-2008, we further expanded and diversified our product line from just Basic PP Woven Bags Manufacturer to some different enhanced categories of PP Woven Bags and in this new segment we are now the only  manufacturer of also Basic Laminated PP Woven Bags and Film Laminated PP Woven Bags. 

In August 2007, we also added HDPE Liner Extrusion Machines and finishing lines in our setup to produce 600 Metric Tons Per Annum, approximately 18 Million HDPE Liners Per Annum. Between July 2008 to December 2008, we expanded in HDPE Liner Production and now by the grace of allah we are producing almost double the quantity and now our production is 1200 Metric Tons Per Annum, approximately 36 Million HDPE Liners Per Annum.  

Further to our expansion we have purchased 22 Lohia Starlinger Looms India and 1 Extrusion Line from Yong Ming China. These Looms and Extrusion Lines will overall increase our basic PP Woven Bags production by 30 %.
 
In conclusion by December 2008 we have expanded our product lines and production of Packaging Products from Average 300 MT to Average 400 MT (33 % Expansion) with new products as follows. 

Basic/Laminated/Film Laminated PP Woven Bags 3900 Metric Tons Per Annum HDPE Film Liners 1200 Metric Tons Per Annum 

Currently the company enjoys the reputation of being among one of the largest manufacturers of Tubular Woven Poly Propylene Bags(TWPP bags) and other Plastics Packaging solutions in Pakistan. Mayani Poly Packages Pvt. Ltd. also has the distinction of being one of the very few ISO certified manufacturers of Packaging in the country. All of these products are related to agricultural items so the demand of these products are evergreen and is improving day by day in the country keeping in view the growth in agricultural sector. Also the upcoming sector of these products is Cement Bags which is also a new segment and will further enhance the demand of these bags.
